Breading
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
6 catfish fillets
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2-3 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Combine breading ingredients; set aside. Combine milk and egg and dip fillets in mixture and then dredge in breading. Arrange on a 13x9 inch baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 for 35-50 minutes. Serves 6
