3 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
Dash celery salt
1 tsp grated onion
1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
Mayonnaise
Dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter

Melt butter, blend in flour, add milk and cook stirring constantly until thick. Add next 5 ingredients and cook until very thick. Add crab meat and chill for several hours. Form into cakes, dip into flour, then spread generously on both sides of mayonnaise and roll in crumbs. Brown in hot butter. Serves 6
