3 cup sifted flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp ground dry parsley
1 cup beer
1 tbsp honey

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, grated cheeses and parsley. Stir in beer and honey until well mixed. Spread into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn out on a rack. Makes 1 loaf
