6 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 lbs), cooked, peeled, and cubed
1 (16 oz) can cut green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the bratwurst or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans, soup, cheddar cheese, and onion. Bake the casserole, covered, at 350 for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
