4 pork boneless sirloin steaks, about 3/4 inch thick

Herbed Marinade
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clover garlic, finely chopped

Prepare marinade in a resealable bag. Add pork, turning to coat. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24. Brush grill rack with oil. Heat coals to medium. Remove pork from marinade and discard. Cover and grill pork 4-5 inch from heat for 14-16 minutes, turning once, until slightly pink in center. Serves 4
