1 tbsp each steak seasoning and Italian seasoning
1 tsp each garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup each olive oil and red wine
2 lbs favorite steak, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick

Combine first 6 ingredients in a resealable bag and add steak. Marinate and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Remove steak and discard marinade. Grill or broil steak 8-12 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Slice on the diagonal and serve. Serves 8
