1/2 lb lump crabmeat, picked clean
1/3 cup sour cream and mayonnaise
1/3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine ingredients in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, venting for steam to escape while microwaving. Microwave on medium for 6-7 minutes, rotating half way after 3 minutes.
