1 pkg leek soup mix
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
6 oz crabmeat
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp dill weed
In a bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients until well blended. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with crackers
VARIATIONS: Dip good serve hot. This is also good spooned into miniature pastry shells and bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until heated through.
