1 lb backfin crabmeat
8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 pt sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
3 shakes of garlic salt

Mix all ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the cheese and the crab meat. Mix well. Add crab eat and stir gently. Put in a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes.
