1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash

Topping
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
1/4 cup brown sugar and chopped pecans
2 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Fold in squash. Spread half of the batter in a greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until almost set. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.
