Seasoned salt and pepper, to taste
Small onion, sliced thin
Butter
Flounder fillets
Condensed cheddar cheese soup
French fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of a casserole with butter and lay the onion sliced on bottom. Sprinkle with seasonings and lay fillets on top. Spread oup on top and sprinkle with onion rings. Sprinkle with additional seasonings. Bake for 30 minutes.
