1 (14.54 oz) frozen halibut, baked according to package directions
1 (8 oz) pkg egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup half-and-half and milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

While first 3 ingredients are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a shallow 2-quart casserole. Add drained noodles and vegetables to casserole, stirring to combine. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove dish from oven and place fish on top; bake, uncovered, 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
