2 top round steaks, about 1 inch thick

Marinade
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, undrained
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
3 tbsp olive oil
4 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Mix marinade ingredients in a blender until smooth and thick. Pour into a resealable bowl and add steaks and turn evenly to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat grill. Remove steaks form marinade and grill on high to desired doneness. Serves 2
