1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp honey and olive oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder and Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt and liquid smoke flavoring
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 (1/2 lb) rib eye steaks
Place steaks in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Flip steak to cover both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Lightly oil grill and preheat grill for medium-high heat. Grill steaks for 7-8 minutes on each side. Serves 2
