2 (9 inch) pie crusts
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Press bottom pie crust into glass pie dish. In a large bowl, combine spinach and remaining ingredients; mixing well. Pour into bottom pie crust. Place second crust on top of filling and trim edues. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stant 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
