1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese and Monterey jack cheese
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 tbsp grated peeled onion
1 tsp brown mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt and pepper

In a large bowl, combine ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Bake until hot and bubbly.
