8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. green onion, sliced
10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. Italian style cheese crumbles
1/2 c. roasted red pepper

Beat cream cheese, mayo and half of onions. Add spinach and mix just until blended. Stir in cheese crumbles and peppers. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish with green onions.
Makes 3 cups
