Salad
1 cup uncooked bow ties or small pasta, cooked al dente
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
3/4 cup sliced celery
1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped

Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp grated orange peel
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2-3 tsp chopped tarragon or 1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves

Drain and rinse cooked pasta. In a large bowl, combine pasta and next 3 ingredients of the salad.

In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss lightly. Cover; refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Just before, gently mix in kiwifruit. Serves 4
