1 (8 oz) pkg broad or ruffles egg noodles
1 cup thousand island dressing
8 oz sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 green, red or yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced

Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water until completely cooled. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and fold in noodles. Chill.
