2 tsp vegetable oil
1 (12 oz) pkg frozen asparagus cuts and tips, thawed and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion and thinly sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
2 cups cook brown rice
2 tbsp soy sauce
Heat oil in a skillet. Add asparagus and vegetables; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add rice and soy sauce. Continue cooking and stirring 2 minuts longer or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat and serve. Serves 4
