2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp parsley flakes and minced onion
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1 cup uncooked long grain or converted rice
1 tbsp butter
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
In a saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and butter. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff rice with fork. Gently toss in mushrooms and serve.
