8 (1 inch thick) pork chops
3 lbas sauerkraut
2 cups raisins
1/2 cup honey
1 (12 oz) can each regular beer and dark beer
1 tsp dried sage and tarragon
2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp pepper

Brown chops in a little oil in a large skillet. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, covered, for 30 minutes.

Serves 8
