1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cups cooked rice
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
Picante sauce
Tortilla chips

In a skillet, coated with cooking spray, cook the meat, onion and garlic, stirring to crumble; drain excess fat. Add seasonings and rice. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients along with the rice mixture, except the picante sauce and chips. Toss lightly.. Serve immediately with sauce and chips.
