1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup thinly sliced celery, about 3 ribs
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimientos, drained
1 cup milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 cups uncooked noodles, about 4 oz

In a large skillet, cook and stir the first 4 ingredients until the meat is no longer pink. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add a little more water to beef mixture during cooking, if necessary. Serves 4
