Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling
1 pint whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
1/2 up peppermint candy cane, crushed fine
1 (10 1/2 oz) bag miniature marshmallows
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Crust: Combine ingredients and press into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Set aside.
Filling: Whip cream until soft peaks form. Stir in sugar and crushed peppermint. Stir in marshmallows. Pour over crust and smooth. Refrigerate overnight. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the dessert in a random pattern.
