2 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup olive oil
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp grated lemon rind
Salt and pepper, to taste
10 oz linguini, cooked and buttered
1/2 cup Romano cheese

Stir-fry broccoli in 1/2 cup olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add remaining oil, then add mushrooms and stir-fry about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and next 4 ingredients. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add butter linguini. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss well and serve on warm plates. Serves 4
