1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
2 lbs pork, cubed
1 tsp oregano

Preheat broiler. Position oven rack to 4 inches from heat source. Thread pork onto skewers and brush kabobs with olive oil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on rack of broiler pan. Broil 10 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness; turn after 10 minutes.
