1 lb boneless pork loin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
4 pearl onions, peeled

In a small saucepan, mix together first 4 ingredients. Stir over low heat until mixture bubbles gently. Divide pork, pineapple and onion onto 4 equal parts and thread on skewers. Spoon glaze over kabobs and grill, turning frequently and glazing for 10 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve immediately. Serves 4
