2/3 cup Romano cheese, grated
1 3/ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp Worcestershire suce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
6 large pita bread loaves, split

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine ingredients and spread on the bread. Cut into wedges and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
