2 slices bacon
1 large onion, sliced in thin rings
1/4 large cabbage, thinly shredded
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce

In a skillet or wok, fry bacon until crisp, and remove. To drippings, add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until cabbage and onions are very soft and wilted. Add the crumbled bacon and serve. Serves 4
