1 (8 oz) pkg dried Chinese noodles
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup dry sherry or chicken broth
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp finely chopped gingerroot
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
4 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
2 medium carrots, shredded

Cook and drain noodles as directed on pkg. Toss noodles and sesame oil. Mix sherry and next 3 ingredients. Heat a 12 inch skillet or wok over high heat. Add vegetable oil; rotate skillet to coat side. Add garlic and gingerroot; stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add vegetables; stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in sherry mixture. Toss noodles and vegetable mixture, using 2 forks.
