1-2 lbs cubed steak
1 regular size jar spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp onion salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
Pepper, to taste
1 cup water

Combine seasonings with flour. Dredge steaks in flour, shaking off excess. Mix sauce and water together. Put half sauce mixture in bottom of roasting pan and top with steaks. Sprinkle with mushroom and cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
