1 tbsp olive oil
4 minute steaks
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
2 garlic clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until very hot. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds on each side. Remove to a heated platter and keep warm. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring until thick, about 4 minutes. Spoon mixture over steaks and serve.
