4 (1/4 inch) thick pork cutlets
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey and chopped pecans

Dust surfaces of cutlets with flour. Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Saute cutlets until browned on both sides. Combine honey and pecans in a bowl. Add to cutlets, stirring gently. Cover and simmer 7-8 minutes. Serve with sauce from pans.
