4 (1-1 1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chops
Seasonings: salt, pepper and garlic powder
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup EACH honey and chopped pecans

Season and grill chops to desired doneness. While cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan until bubbly. Plate chops, and serve with sauce over chops. Serves 4

Note: I have also cooked on top of the stove by pounding thin and coating in flour and browning. Then cooking the sauce in the pan drippings and pouring over the chops on the serving platter.
