2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning, crushed
1/8 tsp onion powder
4 slices desired bread, cut into cubes

In a bowl, stir together oil and seasonings. Add cubes and stir until coated. Spread cubes in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes. Stir and bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Cool and store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 month. Bring to room temperature before serving. Makes 2 cups.
