  • 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cleaned trout (8-10 ounce size)

Combine mustard, chili sauce, brown sugar, salt, onion and Worcestershire in small saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes.

Place fish in well greased hinged wire grill; brush with sauce. Grill 8 minutes on each side, basting occasionally.
