2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion or thinly sliced green onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon prepared chopped jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Cover and refrigerate for up to three days. Serve with chips, over grilled fish or chicken, or as desired.
