Press in a sieve and discard the seeds
Combine with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin and let stand 5 minutes.
Cook and stir until dissolved.

1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cook over low heat until melted and whisk smooth.
Stir in raspberries and beat until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate three hours or until well chilled.
