2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
12 oz white chocolate, cut into chunks
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 300. Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat in dry mixture. Do not over mix. Stir in the remaining ingredients and drop by rounded tbspfuls 2 inch apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
