5 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped

Combine the lime juice and cilantro in a food processor or blender. Process until the cilantro is very finely chopped.

Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, and garlic. Process until smooth.

Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
