Orange Marinated Flank Steak

- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 4 ounces Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 dash garlic powder
Place the meat in a glass or plastic bowl. Combine all the remaining marinade ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover and refrigerate. Marinate the steak overnight or longer. Drain marinade from meat into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Barbecue meat over red-hot coals 15 minutes per side, basting frequently with the marinade. Slice thinly against the grain and serve immediately.
