3/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 - 2 lb flank steak

Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add steak. Marinade for 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; grill or broil. Grill or broil 5 inches from heat source about 7 minutes on each side. Cut meat thinly diagonally across grain of meat.
