- 1 package frozen tiny peas, thawed
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- real bacon bits
- Ranch dressing or mayonnaise
Combine the peas, red onion, and cheese. Add bacon bits as desired and enough ranch dressing or mayonnaise to hold the salad together. Place in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes to chill, or overnight if desired.
