  • whole cloves, as needed
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Insert the cloves into the ham at equal intervals (you can score the ham first with a sharp knife, if desired).

Combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl and mix until it forms a paste.

Spread the topping over the ham and bake the ham as desired or directed on packaging.
