Pineapple Casserole

This goes great with ham, sound wierd but it's really good~ Clay Aikens favorite recipe

1 [20oz] chunk pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
3 TBsp. flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup crumbled Ritz crackers

Drain pineapple, save 3 Tbsp. of juice. Combine sugar and flour; stir in juice. Add pineapple and cheese. Put into casserole dish. Mix crackers and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
