Makes 2 loaves

1 lb frozen bread dough
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp oregano

Thaw dough and allow to rice according to pkg directions. Divide dough in half and set on portion aside. Turn out remaining portion of dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 10 inch circle. Combine egg and Parmesan cheese, stirring well. Spread 1/2 of the egg mixture over circle, leave a 1/2 inch margin at the edge. Layer 1/2 of pepperoni and 1/2 of mozzarella over egg mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the oregano. Roll up dough jellyroll style. Seal edges and fold under ends. Transfer loaf seam side down onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Repeat procedure for remaining ingredients.
