1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 1/2 cup chopped spam or ham
1 cup water
2 cup canned tomatoes
1 cup uncooked rice
salt and pepper to taste

Chop green pepper and onions. Mix green pepper, onion, meat, water and tomatoes in a skillet. Heat to boiling; lower heat; Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Add salt and pepper.
