1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp dill weed
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef broth
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 cup sour cream
1 (3 oz) can French fried onions

In a large skillet, brown meat; drain. Stir in seasonings, and next 3 ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring twice during cooking time. Stir in sour cream and 1/2 can of onions. Heat through; do not boil. Top with remaining onions. Serves 4-6
