1/3 cup oleo
2/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp vinegar
Combine oleo and milk in food processor or blender; mix a few seconds until smooth. Stir in vinegar. Refrigerate until used. Can be substituted in any recipe that will be cooked and calls for sour cream.
